Two presentations at FOBISIA 2026, Singapore

What a joyous, whirlwind week in Singapore, representing Sing Up at FOBISIA 2026, the annual conference for International School music teachers in South East Asia. I gave 2 sessions, one entitled 'Why We Sing', and the other about how to sing in musical theater, jazz and pop styles with joy, authenticity and safety.

I also made a ton of new friends, and rediscovered some old ones, including Ollie Tunmer, my ex-pupil and now Director of ‘The Beat Goes On’. Also all kinds of people at ABRSM, who are doing amazing work moving the Jazz Grades forward with the new 6-8 exams.
