Virtual Train the Trainer

Today, I completed day 1 of this eye-opening Dale Carnegie Certificate course on becoming a Virtual Trainer. So far, it has been highly interactive and fun.

My starting point as a music educator in schools, universities and conservatoires was that there is no alternative to face-to-face interaction. But this course has really shown me the huge educational potential of online teaching, and also a new set of teaching strategies as to how to exploit it.
