Charlie Beale, you are da bomb! I was so impressed by the last concert...once again. And I’ve said it to many others if I haven’t said it to you: You’re the best Director the chorus has had. You really understand the animal of 200 volunteers, how to work diplomatically and how to get the best out of them. And the number of younger members you’ve recruited has been such a contribution.

Dan Diggles, NYCGMC Bass

You were the perfect director for the choir and turned it into something dynamic and relevant again … I recall coming home from the concerts on a real high.

CONRAD EKKENS, NYCGMC TENOR 1

Hi, I just wanted to thank you for lending Charlie Beale to us down here in Hobart, Tasmania. I had the good fortune to attend his 4 day workshop held here last week and participate in several concerts with a choir composed of queer choirs from all over Australia. He's a magnificent teacher and thanks to him we rocked big time!

The program was part of Hobart's annual Festival of Voices and this year included the triennial Out and Loud gathering of Australia's LGBT choirs. So when are you coming on down? You know you want to...

But seriously you are so lucky to have Charlie …

Respect, felicity smart
